I picked up this old bench at the antique shop. It was in pretty bad shape! I knew with some work it could look good again.I love a good challenge.
It was missing a chunk of wood on all four corners.
I used my wood filler.
This is the best tool for shaping, and sanding in a tight space.
I painted it polar bear white. Behr paint from home depot, and glazed it with ralph lauren tea stain.I love the patina!
This stencil is working hard!!
Right now it's in my bedroom.I'm not sure where i want it yet.

I don't think I stop in and tell you enough how talented you are with paint. I am inspired by your vegtable bin, if it is going in your house it is going to be pretty. Makes me want to go and get the wood box out of the burn pile. Have a wonderful weekend.
I love the bench (and the whole room)so much. Please, please, I would love to know where you got your stencil. Thank you so much!
