Wall Decor

Hello friends,
I finished another project in the kitchen. I wasn't sure if i wanted to put anything above my double window in the kitchen. I took the plates down when we painted, and it looked like it needed something, but not the plates!! Something different.I looked in a few stores, but i didn't see anything that caught my eye! Next best thing is make something, and i did!

It works perfect with the dropcloth curtain that i made. I'll show you soon how it works together.I really didn't plan it that way!!

I used this old shelf that i had in the garage. Ready to go in the trash!! I'm glad i didn't toss it yet.

I always have burlap on hand. I buy a few yards when i have a 40% off coupon at joanns fabric.

I used less then a yard of fabric. I cut it to fit.

Stapled around. I'm using my favorite staple gun. I have the electric one, but i like this one much better.I try to keep it neat even in the back.It makes me crazy if the back is sloppy!! That's just me.

Ready for the bee stencil!

I like to give it a little special touch with the decorative nails.

Bees are in place!! I'm using D-ring hangers.

THAT'S IT !!

HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

Absolutely Beautiful!! Something like this would make a pretty back drop for a mantel. Hmmmm.....you've got me thinking!

What a great piece! You would pay a fair bit for that in a store. Looking forward to seeing it from a wider view.

You always think up the best decor ideas! I can't work with burlap. Makes me sneeze!
