While I was painting the cabinet I also painted the inside of the hutch. I think all my white platters, and pitchers look better with a pop of color. I used the same color as the cabinet. Chateau grey chalk paint.I think all the white stands out now! While I was at It I changed things around a little.
I tried to keep It simple. I just used a few of my favorite things. 
I bought this carrier several years ago at an estate sale. It's so long that I have a hard time finding a place for It. The Inside has a metal border all the way around.
I think I found the right place for It now!! Everytime michaels has a sale I buy more hydrangeas. They could be expensive at the regular price.
I'm using my old molds as candle holders.The votives fit just right. 
I bought this old jar at a yard sale about a month ago. I love the galvanized lid. Great place to store my twine.

Your hutch looks great, Kathy! I just bought some hydrangeas from Michaels, too. I definitely know how expensive they can be, especially for a single flower! I wound up getting the bunches they had on sale.

Ahhhhh! It looks so cute. I love the long tray thingy with the hydrangeas on top. Just precious... you are so good with the whole symmetry thing, and that really appeals to me, it's all just such a soft pretty symmetry...

hOW i LOVE the things you love. I just left my desk and went to put in my ORDER [hubby] for a long narrow primitive box made from reclaimed ooooomy box..reclaimed b/c thats what he has in the shop..lucky me,huh? Thanks for reminding me ..been wanting that esp for my dining table/buffets and lady you can't get better than HYDRANGEAS..fresh cut, dried or good quality silk..Now how do I handle my ENVY re these wonderful white rooms? I want a WHITE ROOM.
